How it works
1. Follow the weekly theme
Every week the editorial team highlights one focused question. It shapes the homepage, the submission form, and the discussion.
2. Share a pain point, idea, or lived experience
Pick a post type, add a specific title and body, tag it with up to five topics, and decide whether you are open to being contacted about it.
3. The community responds
Members upvote, downvote, and comment. Scores are hidden for a short period after publication to reduce early bias. Trending reflects recent activity, not formal endorsement.
4. The editorial team reviews
Admins assess promising contributions against a structured rubric, not just vote count. Shortlisted contributors who opted into contact may be invited for a conversation.
5. Consent every step of the way
- A public post does not grant permission to contact you.
- Contact permission does not grant permission to interview you.
- Interview permission does not grant permission to quote or publish you externally.
- You can change or withdraw consent at any time.
6. Outcomes are shared back
When a contribution leads to an article, framework, pilot, project, working group, or alliance opportunity, it is linked back to the original post.
