Be specific

Concrete pain points and examples are more useful than broad statements.

Be constructive

Disagree with ideas, not people. Downvoting means a contribution is unclear, unsupported, off-topic, or not constructive — it is not a disagreement button, and it does not mean disputing someone's lived experience.

Respect consent

Never publish another person's private information. Do not pressure contributors for contact details or attribute quotes without permission.

What gets removed

• Spam, harassment, hate, or abuse.
• Deliberate misinformation presented as fact.
• Personal data shared without consent.
• Off-topic or duplicate content, at moderator discretion.

Report content that violates these guidelines using the report control on any post or comment.
